This wine with a beautiful red color induces a superb balance between freshness and succulent notes. On the nose, there are notes of juicy red fruit and violet. On the palate, freshness dominates, supported by tannins and a smooth liquorice effect.

No decanting.
The grapes are hand-harvested at optimum ripeness. After complete destemming, traditional vinification takes between 15 and 20 days interspersed with regular pumping over. The wine is matured in concrete or stainless steel vats.
