This wine reflects the warmth and unique character of the villages of the southern Côtes du Rhône. This Côtes du Rhône Villages with lovely purplish gleams offers rich aromas of red fruit and black cherry. The palate is punctuated with spicy notes that bring great finesse and great persistence.

Berry tasting determines the moment of optimum maturity for harvesting. Winemaking is traditional with maceration of the juice for 15 days under controlled temperatures. Malolactic fermentation is systematic and the wines are matured in stainless steel vats.
