Cellier des Dauphins rewarded by International Wine Challenge 2020

This year, Cellier des Dauphins was awarded by the International Wine Challenge. The Vinsobres 2018 obtained a score of 92/100, and the Cairanne 2018 obtained the excellent score of 95/100 and received the gold medal!

Now in its 38th year, the International Wine Challenge (IWC) is accepted as the world’s most rigorous, impartial and influential annual wine competition.

The rigorous IWC judging process assesses every wine ‘blind’ and judges each for its faithfulness to style, region and vintage. The IWC judging teams include experts and influencers from the international wine industry, commercial decision makers, buyers and MWs working together to find the highest quality wines each year from the 52 wine-producing countries represented in the competition.

Cellier des Dauphins Cru Cairanne red 2018 (95/100 points): Floral, plum, mulberry with damson nose, gorgeous fruit and a lovely rich concentrated finish. Fine tannins with lovely acidity and excellent weight.

Cellier des Dauphins Cru Vinsobres red 2018 (92/100 points): Buckets of sour cherry, soft tannins, lovely length and finish with a touch of blueberry.
