The emblematic range of Cellier des Dauphins, Signature is a palette of tastes and colours, reflecting the diversity of our terroirs.
A deep purple colour with hints of garnet. On the nose, aromas of small black fruits, slightly spicy (black pepper) and a hint of smoke. On the palate, the attack is very supple, with velvety fruit that reveals present tannins and a freshness that brings length and persistence.

Ambient (between 16 and 18°C)
From its vantage point, Cairanne, former papal estate, spreads out its hillsides, its ramparts and ruins over the terraces of the river Aygues. Grenache is in the majority, with Syrah. This wine is aged in cask for 12 months to confer extra smoothness and suppleness of tannins.
