Tasting temperature
Ambient (between 16 and 18°C)
Berry tasting determines the moment of optimum maturity for harvesting. Winemaking is traditional with maceration of the juice for 15 days under controlled temperatures. Malolactic fermentation is systematic and the wines are matured in stainless steel vats.
Particular attention during winemaking allows us to express the generosity and richness of our terroir.
